To contribute to the development of broadcasting and telecommunication policy by performing academic researches, policy developing, policy suggestion and facilitating seminars.

1. To research on the areas of economic theories on telecommunications and IT policies
2. To publish research books, newsletters, and proceedings.
3. To exchange academic ideas and policy suggestions.
4. To exchange with overseas associations in broadcasting and telecommunication fields.
5. To do supporting activities to help achieve the purpose of the association.
